1. The Curator’s Commitment

This specification sheet defines the controlled technical framework for Thai Arabica green coffee curated by GOAT Coffee Trader.

As an independent curator and export trader, our role is to bridge highland origins with global roasters, ensuring that every export lot meets professional industry standards for physical integrity, consistency, and traceability prior to shipment.

This document is intended as a commercial and technical reference for professional buyers.


2. Origin & Terroir Archive

  • Country: Thailand (Northern Highlands)

  • Curated Origins:

    • Doi Phahee

    • Doi Pu Muen (Organic farming area)

    • Doi Mon Lan

    • Hua Mae Yen (Pai, Mae Hong Son, Thailand)

    • Doi Pang Khon

  • Elevation Range: 1,100 – 1,450 meters above sea level (MASL)

  • Sourcing Model:
    Curated at lot level through direct collaboration with estate and community processing partners, emphasizing traceability, supply stability, and repeatable quality.


3. Technical Specifications (Executive Summary)

All parameters below are monitored at origin and verified prior to export.
Specifications are expressed as typical targets or controlled ranges, reflecting natural agricultural variation.

4. Quality Assurance & Acceptance Standards

Prior to dispatch, each export lot undergoes pre-shipment quality control, including:

  • Physical Cleanliness: No intentional presence of foreign matter

  • Odor Profile: Clean and fresh, characteristic of green coffee

  • Visual Uniformity: Consistent appearance relative to process type

  • Packaging Integrity: Hermetic liners intact with no visible damage

Trader’s Note:
Minor variations in moisture, screen distribution, or appearance are intrinsic to agricultural products and are considered acceptable within international trade norms.


5. Packaging & Global Logistics

  • Hermetic Protection: Ecotact or GrainPro inner liners

  • Outer Protection: High-density, food-grade jute bags

Standard Export Units:

  • Specialty / Curated lots: 30 kg net weight

  • Commercial / Volume lots: 35 kg or 60 kg net weight

Other configurations may be discussed depending on shipment structure and buyer requirements.

Shipping Terms:
FOB Thailand (Bangkok PAT or Chiang Mai CNX)


6. Compliance & Export Documentation

Each shipment is supported by standard export documentation, including:

  • Phytosanitary Certificate (Department of Agriculture, Thailand)

  • Certificate of Origin (C/O)

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List

Optional documentation (available upon request):

  • Lot-specific sensory or evaluation reference


7. Storage Protocol

To maintain green coffee integrity and curator-level quality:

  • Temperature: Below 25°C

  • Relative Humidity: 50–65%

  • Handling: Stored off floor, away from direct sunlight and strong odors

For optimal performance, green coffee is recommended for use within 12 months from shipment.
