Payment Terms

Samples / Evaluation Orders
100% payment before shipment.

Trial Commercial Orders / Small Commercial Orders
100% payment before shipment.

Larger Commercial Orders
50% deposit to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% payable before loading or shipment.

Alternative payment terms may be discussed for established buyers and agreed in writing.

Payment Methods

Depending on order size and transaction type, payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer
  • Wise
  • PayPal

For larger commercial orders, bank transfer is generally preferred.

Shipping Options

Depending on order size and destination, shipment may be arranged by:

  • DHL or other international courier
  • Air freight
  • Sea freight
  • Buyer’s nominated freight forwarder

Courier and air shipment may be suitable for samples and smaller commercial orders.

For larger shipments, sea freight is generally more cost-efficient.

Trade Terms

Shipping costs, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and destination charges depend on the agreed trade term and destination-country requirements.

Export Documentation

Documents are prepared according to shipment type, destination, shipment volume, and applicable Thai export requirements.

Depending on the shipment, documents may include:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin
  • ICO-related documentation where applicable
  • Phytosanitary documentation where applicable
  • Other supporting documents requested by the importer or relevant authorities

Samples

Sample quantity depends on the number of coffees being evaluated and buyer requirements.

Samples may be provided in small evaluation formats or larger trial quantities.

Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for sample product cost and shipping cost.

Sample product cost may be credited toward a first commercial order where agreed in advance.

Trial & Small Commercial Orders

Trial and small commercial orders are suitable for buyers who want to:

  • Test a new origin
  • Evaluate market response
  • Test import procedures
  • Start with a smaller commercial quantity before scaling up

These orders are normally paid 100% before shipment.

Shipping is typically arranged by courier or air freight, depending on destination and total weight.
