Wholesale Terms

Please review our standard terms for international partners:

  • Sample Orders: 5–10 kg (for evaluation purposes)
  • Small Orders: Up to 50–100 kg
  • Commercial Orders: Starting from 500 kg – 1 metric ton
  • Pricing:
    Prices are provided based on volume, contract terms, and harvest availability

Payment Terms

  • Sample Orders: PayPal or bank transfer accepted
  • Small Orders: PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer
  • Commercial Orders (500 kg+): Bank transfer (TT) only

For first-time commercial orders, 100% prepayment is required.

Shipping & Export

We operate from Thailand and support international shipments worldwide.

  • Origin: Northern Thailand
  • Loading Port: Laem Chabang Port
  • Shipping Options:
    DHL Express (samples / small lots)
    Air cargo or sea freight (commercial shipments)
    Buyer’s nominated freight forwarder accepted
  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are not included in product pricing.
    All shipping costs are calculated based on destination, shipment size, and shipping method, and will be added to the final invoice.
  • Incoterms:
    Standard terms: EXW / FOB / DAP (upon agreement)
  • Duties & Taxes:
    All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Sample Program

We offer structured sample sets for evaluation before full orders.

  • Typical sample size: 2 kg per process
    (Washed / Honey / Natural available)
  • Sample cost:
    Charged based on product
    Shipping cost paid by buyer
  • Credit Policy:
    Sample cost (excluding shipping) can be credited toward your first commercial order
