Unless otherwise agreed:

Sample product cost is paid in advance
Shipping cost is paid by the buyer
Sample cost may be credited toward a first commercial order where agreed in advance

For trial and small commercial orders, payment is normally 100% before shipment.

For larger commercial orders, standard terms are normally:

50% deposit to confirm the order
50% balance before loading or shipment
